Quilting Machine

The Quilting Machine is a 360° rotating lifting pattern machine. Our Standard and Enhanced versions have a working area of 600*800mm; we also provide an increased working area of 800*1200mm. The machine head uses a 360° rotation, and the direction is always positive during the sewing process. The easy-to-adjust motor presser foot can solve line trace problems that are caused by different directions. Thick material can easily be sewn (6mm for PVC/PU, leather after compression, and 20mm for foam).

Optional Accessories

• Automatic sensing device: Error proofing device that auto-locks the pattern template on the machine, and selects the corresponding sewing data in the system to ensure the data is matching the template.

• Electronic wire clamping device: Changing the tension force of the surface line at different intensities in the graphic line segment.
