The single Auto-Wrapping Machine comes with PLC control for easy and fast operations. The tooling can easily be changed out for another set. Heating and cooling times can be separately adjusted. Molds are built to be custom to the customer’s specifications and are applicable for different car interiors.

The single workstation Auto-Wrapping Machine equipment consists of a rack, tire mold, workbench, main lifting device, etc. The overall dimensions of the equipment are approximately: (L) 3070X (W) 1900X (H) 3400mm; (excluding corner protection dimensions). The rack adopts a steel square welded structure, with an external cover of sheet metal. The equipment utilizes a servo motor mechanism and cylinder drive.
